Children of the 1970's and 80s should remember Hanna-Barbera's "The Wacky Races" featuring Mutley and a host of other bizarre characters from that company's second-tier. I never though this obscure gem would be the thing that signaled how far into absolute ridiculousness pop culture had descended. But it is! Behold below DC Comics' Mad-Max-style reimagining of "The Wacky Races!"
